Rent COKO Space

Welcome to COKO SPACE, a unique 200 m² venue overlooking Amsterdam’s most iconic canal, the Prinsengracht.

Designed for art, creativity and connection, our space is ideal for business events, private parties, fashion shows, photoshoots and pop-up stores. Wheelchair accessible.

The venue comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests and is equipped to support a smooth and inspiring experience. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen and bar, a boutique area, dressing room, bathroom and fitting spaces — ideal for fashion-focused events. The space also includes three restrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.

Our space rental prices start at €1,200 excl. VAT per day for the commercial rate.
Included in the rental:

  • Cleaning: The space is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival

  • Audio & Lighting: Use of built-in speakers and lighting system

  • Kitchen Facilities: Coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, and water boiler

  • Essentials: WC paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags

  • Furniture: Poofs, coffee tables, chairs, and benches

  • Access & Catering: Personal key handover and freedom to arrange your own catering

Optional Add-on:

  • Technical Support (€250 excl. VAT): Includes an on-site technician, 1 projector (beamer), and four microphones

*We also offer a social and cultural rate, which includes a 50% discount for eligible artistic, social, or cultural initiatives.

*All profits generated from the rental of the space are reinvested into the artistic and cultural projects of the COKO Foundation.
